Based on my thorough market analysis of your home and neighborhood along with current market conditions, we will work together to come up with the right listing price for your home.

A visually appealing home has broader buyer appeal, resulting in a quicker sale and, most significantly, a higher selling price. It's often the small details that can make a significant difference.

With my Property Marketing Plan I’ll use information such as photos, video, and details about your home as the main benefit or value to attract the right audience. You will receive weekly communication of all viewing activity as well as all feedback received.

After receiving offers for your home, we'll meet to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each offer, ultimately guiding you on making an informed decision.
